Important policies
Schedules are fixed to ensure consistent learning opportunities. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed in full. Please note that if you are needing homework support, you must email the assignment or content you need assistance with 24 hours before the session. If this isn't received in advance, it will be taught the next lesson.
